We want to keep it free because we understand the costs involved in running a taxi business and the software shouldn't be one of them. We do however need to pay running costs so we charge 50p booking fee which is paid by the passenger on top of the fare.

Yes you can. We understand these days most companies already have and pay for their own dispatch system. You can continue to use your own and try ours along side with one or two dedicated drivers. You may want to move completely to us, saving you a fortune.
